ArtStor is a database of over 400,000 images that can be used in your papers or presentations. Faculty and students are using these images to enhance their classroom presentations and papers in the areas of history, art and culture. Sculpture, paintings, photographs, architecture, and graphical art images are just some of the items you will find in this database. ArtStor is now available to users from Middlesex computers or at home through the electronic resources page of the library website. You must enable popup blocker for ArtStor to display the museum quality images along with technical details. Technical advise on enabling popups is available from the artstor site If you have more than one toolbar from yahoo, AOL, Google, etc. downloaded to your browser you might have to repeat the process for each toolbar. In addition, cookies and Macromedia flash must be installed. You can organize your images in a folder according to categories of your choice.
