• Select EBSCO from the Electronic Resources Page
• Select one database from the list and continue
If you are not sure what database to select I would suggest either Academic Search Premier or Masterfile Premier for most materials. If you are looking for a specific magazine or journal and are having problems finding it contact the reference staff via email or IM (imMCCLibrarian) for assistance.

Create an account in My EBSCOhost by:
Selecting sign in to my EBSCOhost
You will be asked to fill out a small form and submit.

• Once you have entered the main screen select

Search for the magazine of your choice in the browse publication search box and hit browse
• select the title from the list
- The computer returns a detailed record about the magazine or journal.
• Select journal alert
The computer will ask you to fill out a form with basic information including:
an email address, the subject of the email, how long to send the alerts and whether you want HTML or plain text. Please select a detailed view of the links.
Remember you can receive either the TOC (Table of contents only) or article links.
